My PB distance with a #5 and #7 has been steadily improving with the GT125 line http://www.fishingthefly.co.uk/forum/Smileys/classic/icon_thumbsup.gif I was out for a few casts with Ben today and finally got a chance to play with my new Sexyloops rod. Great fun, I like the Competitor rod very much ...

Interesting, my experience at my brown trout stocked fishery, which is 100% totally catch & release ..... is that they all survive, bleeding or not. :) Equally interesting is that before Haddo was totally catch & release ..... I often found dead fish. This was I think down to folk dropping ...

I changed the coating on the GT125 a few weeks ago from the hi-vis orange to the new Autumn Orange coating ( which is not so bright ) as we are achieving a smoother, slicker and more durable finish with...
