Pike flies - into da weeds

Heyho, just looking for the perfect fly to be fished in really thick weeds for pike. The lake i fish holds plenty of big pike which sit directly in the weeds (about 7-10ft deep) so i`m looking for a fly which doesn`t catch weed and can be cated with an #8. Ah ... and it should be BIG of course ;-) ...

you should definitively bring your 7wt. to the netherlands. what you should also bring: a decent 300gr. sinktip and some bucktail streamers.

go out there lokk for some structures and most important for current and catch some bass. there are plenty around in the north sea.
