Hi Stephan... Very nice choice for a honeymoon destination. I have not fished on Bird Island, but did at Praslin - shore based and offshore. http://i977.photobucket.com/albums/ae255/sudeshmp/Sexyloops/BirdIslandSeychelles_zps41537646.jpg There should be some GT's around and the flies that you have ...

I have been drooling over Google Earth over the past few days, checking out all the atols in that area... The bucket list grows bigger. Will certainly pick your brain when I manage to pull off any of thes...

Hi all... With reference to Harp's FP today, I am not sure how the underground angler tie their laces - they just wont say :oh: . At the risk of offending every single one of you, you are probably tying your laces incorrectly. I know I was until two months ago. Check this out How you should tie you...

Hi Guys... WOW!!! Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions. Please keep them coming. I would certainly not have come up with 99% of them. Just to clarify, by exotic I meant anywhere outside South Africa. I will also be looking at destinations within South Africa, but I am quite familiar with those....

Exotic Destinations for TV Show - Where would you like to fish?

Thank you Zoran... Hope you are well my friend. You are absolutely correct in that there are many more changes. For me, when I think of spring and summer, I think of chasing Springer (Ladyfish/Tenpounder) in Durban Harbour, or running offshore to look for Dorado and Tuna, or think about jumping on ...

Marlin and Sailie Trip - Pemba Channel, Kenya, Jan 2013

Hello guys... I am pulling together a trip to target Marlin and Sails in Kenya, in Jan 2013. The fishing will be out of Shimoni on the south coast of Kenya, fishing into the Pemba channel. I intend fishing with Simon Hemphill from Sea Adventures (www.bigame.com) on his boat Kamara II. Simon has a P...

Hi Graeme...

Great going. Some really nice sized snapper and I am sure they were tasty too :p .

Always thought that fly fishing off the kayak will be difficult. Tried it once in Kenya but battled with line management. How do you manage your line on board?

Thanks
