Fredrikh,
Lasse, Came over to the US this weekend. In one of his classes he showed video clips of you and several other people listed in the results you have posted here. I was very impressed.
I would like to cast similar equipment. Can you post the specs for the equipment used in the distance single hand class.
Thank you for your time.

* Three lines allowed: Barrio GT140(S) #5, SA ED #5 120', RIO tournament #5.
* Leaders max 3m long.
"Seatrout distance":
* Rods max length 10'.
* Floating shootinghead of max 27g.
* Shooting line no thinner than 0.35mm.
* Leaders max 3m long.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,

Fredrikh,
Thank you for the post.
I think Lasse is going to send me a head like the ones you use. When casting with people a half a world away it is important to make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
Needless to say there are some very impressive distances being posted here. Is Barrio GT140(S) #5 a 140 foot line or what does the 140 stand for in that name?
Bill

Yes, the GT140 is 140' long. You can find more information here.
Internationally however, only one line is allowed for the Trout distance event, the SA ED.
Best regards,
Fredrik
