Barrio 18' tournament head

Right just thought that I would report back on this line now ive had a bit of time to play with it. Ive got to say im very impressed with it, just come off the platform now and been hitting some really good distances (didnt have the rope out but when i do will report back). The turnover is positive and it flys well once you have got your stroke right. The weight of the line on my B&W tournament is about spot on and ive done little or no cutting of it. Took nothing off the front and about 3-4 feet off the back. Havent put it on the scales yet or measure the overal length but it works.

Pleased you're getting on well with it Tomo, weight sounds right for what you have cut off the back. Think stock should be about two weeks away

Hi Bass,

The SLX is a single handed fishing line, the Tournament DH18 is a competition Spey castin head for the 18' platform competition.
