Yes , there is :
1.Catfish (local name Barbel ), huge ones !
2. Bass , lots of them
3. Carps , lots and huge
4. Largemouth Yellowfish , this is still a secret fish , but might be up to 50 kg (100lb)
5. Some another fish I don't know the name
All of them are very keen to take the fly , and I am talkin' about sight fishing .
Bring your #9 rod , and you can have as much Catfish as you want , from 5-25 kg .
I used to caught few of them , but problem is that I spend so much time in fighting a huge Cat , which means I am wasting my time dedicated for Yellow's

And yes , I hope we will fish sometimes toghether on Sterkies , after what You will want to move from England/Hungary to SA

As I said , I am going there every week until the end of the season

It was quite an experience, when a curious catfish came to check out my legs, while I was concentrating on the yellows....suddenly a big black shadow coming towards me- - freaky!

as I promised , I am going tomorrow again
one man one band , Gerald Grubscrew couldn't make it ..
I sorted out my business for at least next 3 years forward , and some smile will appears on my face , finally :laugh:
But do not expect any normal photos from me , it will be UNDERWATER ones ! :sick:
