New Camera - Opted for Micro four thirds...

Post by pyko »

So, for good or bad, i opted for one of these...

Following on from the previous thread - I've been round the houses with this & settled on M4/3s.
Got a couple of prime lenses in addition to the kit lens, including the 90 Macro & the 20 pancake. Have to say I'm really pleased with the results so far, not given it a proper road-test yet though.
It's not much bigger than my Canon with the kit or pancake on.

I'll feedback with results rom the next fishing trip...

Nice one Al. Look forward to the pictures. This one is on my short list :)

I was interested you went for the clip on view finder. Do you think that is important?

Cheers

I do Trev. Not so much of an issue with 20mm or kit lens, but with the
Macro & tele it's great. It angles up for different views, perfect for macro work.
Though the screen has some techy features, like touch where you want to focus, (like an iPhone), so lots of options.
