Hi Guys,
I've managed to kill the screen on my Palm top for the analyzer. Being touch screen this is a bit of a problem. So I'm going to buy another. :kungfo:
Here's the question.. what should I buy? Is there something more useful that I could use, ie get connected, wireless and GPRS mobile internet, something I can use to write stuff on the move, half decent memory, easy laptop docking, colour screen, and so on?
I don't mind spending a couple of hundred quid or so.
Cheers, Paul

Hi Paul
You need to ask Noel or Bruce. It must use the same os the Palm uses - I think that's probably all. Id just get the same again and treat it with a bit more respect - maybe Babus could look after it for you?

Paul, not all Palms are compatible. It is the IR protocol that is important. We communicate from the data collection box to the Palm via infrared and not all IR is the same. There is a list on our website of known compatible Palms. I'm going to try to find out from Palm which of their newer devices have the same IR protocol, but getting that kind of information from them in the past has been problematic.
