They will probably do. But the group on these bikes are made up from Tiagra and Sora, which are not only heavier (not a big problem) but also have lower quality bearings (that is a big deal) than Shimano 105 and Ultegra. Besides I am not really impressed with the quality of the rims and hubs, which are very important.
It depends on the intensity and quantity of your training if it is a good bike for you. If you expect to train 200 km or more per week, I would go for a bike with at least Shimano 105.
