Well done Paul.
Just the thought of sitting drinking a cool beer in 35degs makes me feel weary!
A marathon, 180km on a bike, and how long a swim?
Fuck me that's some achievement!
It makes me think of the miserable twats who moan about Olympic entrants not doing as well as expected - let's not forget that these people are the BEST 16 people in the world at their event(s).
Well done Paul. Really impressive. You're in a tiny minority.

The swim is 2.4 miles/3.8K. Assuming you swim straight!

Congratulations on completing, Paul! Well done!

Great flycasters don't think straight - they track straight.....
If it moves - and shouldn't, use duct tape...
If it's stuck - and should move, use WD40...

I felt pretty invincible after the first one, true. But I would like to get another 2-3hrs quicker!
Cheers, Paul
