Hans what a great fly ! Simple, natural materials, super easy to tie - literally a couple of minutes - imitative and I am sure it will catch fish ! Tied up half a dozen last night in size 14 and will do another batch this evening in 16s or smaller. Great looking fly. Thanks

I am digging the Wilson Emerger, i take it you use it in various colour cominations for emerging upwing flies?

I am tying a similar fly with a biot for the body, but the thread body takes that step out of it.

Correct. As per the recipe - vary thread colour and dubbing colour to suit your needs.
