If it moves - and shouldn't, use duct tape...
If it's stuck - and should move, use WD40...

Its a Talon size 14. I love tying these they are like little sweets, real eye candy.

Size 14, eh? That's really small - I know a few salmon guides on Iceland who'd love them.
