Changing a seasons - Sudesh FP

Post by Zoran »

Behind today's Sudesh FP - about changing a seasons , one can feel a huge knowledge about magnificent life of Indian Ocean and its coastal Salt Water Fly Fishing .

But I can tell you this is not only about knowledge per se , there is one more step behind the knowledge.
It is about to live , to take a breath altogether with mighty waves and to change a hunting (yes , its more hunting than fishing ;) ) approach following even subtle wind changes , tide changes, water color changes, water temperature changes , air taste changes ....

One might dare to take even one more step behind .
To completely switch of his conscious mind , and hunt the fish with the animal instinct. ...
It can be possible only if one become a humble part of the Ocean environment...
And Ocean name is CHANGE -all the time, all the way ...

I can see , must go there , ASAP ..... :D

Thanks for the brilliant FP Sudesh !

Thank you Zoran...

Hope you are well my friend. You are absolutely correct in that there are many more changes. For me, when I think of spring and summer, I think of chasing Springer (Ladyfish/Tenpounder) in Durban Harbour, or running offshore to look for Dorado and Tuna, or think about jumping on the rocks dodging monster waves in my pursuit of Kingies (Trevalies/Jacks).

At the risk of sounding like I need more pink pills, I can even taste the salt when I start thinking of the above :O :p

Have a super summer.

Ciao

At one point , the man , I mean flyfisherman , get to the stage when "pink pills" are already in his blood in pretty high concentration and permanently .
This is because of long term endorphin /adrenaline exposition and thus high presence in the blood .....

That's why FF is addictive .......

(at least we can spare some money on real pink pills, we don't need them ! :D )

Have a nice summer as well, hope November will not be so rainy as predicted .

Cheers,
Zoran
