The Sage XP 9ft AFTM 5 and the Tibor everglades fly reel are considered to have "cult status" in angling circles. Can the Loopers thing of any other items of tackle to attain this accolade? :O

Provided that we hang on to the original meaning of cult status (i.e. something worshipped or acclaimed by a small group of devotees/fans) I would suggest that in some circles the Scott G-series is such an item.
