Uncharted Waters - Bassas Da India (official trailer 2012) on Vimeo

Hi all I know that lots of you have been following the thread that we started with the blog of our trip last year to the remote under water volcano of Bassas Da India. Well what we didn’t tell you was that we had a film crew with us and we documented the whole journey from start to finish and we have finally managed to edit down 50+ hours of footage to create our finished film. The film runs for approximately 80 minutes and captures the true remoteness and risks that are involved in making a visit to this location.

Working alongside Stuart Morgan and Jon Chappell we have produced a film that we hope will have you on the edge of your seat!

Our website (Uncharted Waters - Coming Spring 2012) will be up and running in the next few days but copies are available immediately direct from me, if you want a copy than drop me an email on jatstanic@aol.com

The film is also available via Sportfish and Farlows as well as Funky Fly Tying.

I hope you will all enjoy the finished film, the reviews that we have been getting so far have been superb and we are over the moon!

Watched this a few weeks ago, but slow with my comments but...

WOW!

The remoteness, the clear water, the array of different species, the size of them... ok you get the idea

Great watch, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
