Min power loops video?

I watch Paul's minpower video on a regular basis as I try to learn this often frustrating art

Does anyone know of a similar video somewhere that shows the loops formed during this (or similar) exercise.

Mate you are at the right place if you want some advice on your casting .
The sooner you put your video up, the sooner you will receive some advice from some of the best instructors out there.
Video is something you can see, as well as the person instructing you, that way you can see your mistakes, aswell as the instructor, instead off the instructor simply telling you.
Don't forget that all the best instructors in the World were beginners once.
if I were you I would get that video up.

I'm not sure if there are loops on SL from this exercise, but with a short length of line, they should be one to two feet wide and parallel - U-shape. Try starting practising with 2m of line outside the tip! Then 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m.
