Exotic Destinations for TV Show - Where would you like to fish?

I've fished all over the UK and Ireland and many places in Europe. There are many great places but the place that haunts me though is the Shetland Islands particularly the North of Shetland Mainland. The trout fishing can be outstanding but it is the wildness of the place that sticks and the sheer volume of birds in particular. Dive bombing skuas (make sure you wear a decent hat), Golden Plovers, merlins, harriers, all the divers are commonplace too. The seascapes are spectacular.

The place I most want to visit still is the Faroe Islands - anyone who has read the chapters on the Faroe Islands in Moray MacLaren's " A Singing Reel" will be similarly enthused.
