Midnight Cowboy or Martini Olive? - Anyone know what this is?

I read about a fly called a 'Midnight Cowboy' in a fishing report.

I googled it but didn't find anything. Anyone have an idea? I think it's a bugger, streamer, or woolyworm varient.
