Sounds good to me. Hope the nights are not to cold out there.
I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

New Zealand's average rainfall is high--between 640 milemetres and 1500 milemetres--and evenly spread throughout the year. As well as producing areas of stunning native forest, this high rainfall makes New Zealand an ideal place for farming and horticulture (see above chart for the average days of rainfall).

Perfect.

Some parts of Fiordland actually receive up to 8 metres of rain/year. You'll love it.

If it gets really bad you can sleep up a tree. I did that once.

How does that help from keeping you dry? If you sleep in a tree, you are closer to the source of the wet.

under the truck seems a little rough but when you look back that cut in your forehead from the gearbox is more like a survival badge :D

I'll try to take some video after getting whooped on

Thanks Roy, it will happen! But most likely the year after! Looks like a really good opportunity has come up that will see me in the Southern Hemisphere. I've never been very good at making plans

We should be there next year Paul. Don't plan anything!

This year would not be easy for me too. Busy with my own business and that school got to be finished sometime soon. :)
