Fantastic images, Carl!! I really want to try my hand at photographing lightning.

I was also out in the dark taking (non-fishing related)photos last weekend. Decided to give timelapse a try so took over 800 photos while driving through the city:

Sorry about the compressed quality, haven't figured out the correct codecs to use.

Found a few pix from last year I'd forgotten about. Hoar frost on cold day on the river. Only a small grayling caught, line kept freezing in the rings - but amazing light.

Flying fish!

Really low water steelhead fishing from the summer. By pure luck I actually got the fish in mid air.
