Not sure which fish, but it's refined with isinglass which is manufactured from fish swimbladders.

Yep. missed the kayak cut-off time by ten minutes, which was a bummer because I missed the fun stuff! Will be quicker next time. Need to be fitter and better prepared. Still I learned a lot about food, gear and practise. The Ironman in Hungary will be easier and I'll nail this barstool next year.
